The days shortened and the beaches emptied. Left turns are makeable. Layers of rubber covered up summer skin and it’s about breaking bay ice and keeping digits dry on the farm. We’ll let you in on a little secret. Oysters are at their best from now until March: plump and briny for their long winter hibernation. We don’t mind harvesting oysters through the winter. Gives us a break from scheming on Spring / Summer 2019.
